Transport for London (TfL) has confirmed all public transport services will be running for the Coronation of King Charles III and Queen Camilla in May.
There will be some road closures in-place to accommodate for events throughout the day, with both visitors and Londoners advised to avoid driving in central London during the ceremony.

The transport body has already said St James’s Park station will be closed, and Hyde Park Corner will be exit-only.
As such, customers are being asked to plan ahead, with TfL’s dedicated page to travelling on the day of the Coronation offering advice for those wanting to attend.
Andy Lord, London’s transport commissioner, said: "We are delighted that London is hosting ceremonial events for the Coronation of Their Majesties King Charles III and Queen Camilla, and look forward to welcoming visitors and Londoners alike onto the transport network for this historic occasion.

“I’d also encourage Londoners and those visiting to mark the celebrations to make the most of the public transport options, as there are no planned closures.”
TfL road closures during the Coronation
While TfL is expecting all public transport to be running, it has said that some road closures will result in amendments to certain services.
Some buses in Westminster will be diverted or stop short of their destination, for example, with regular updates to be posted on TfL’s website.
