New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Barking and Dagenham’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

The Spot, a pub, bar or nightclub at 380 Ripple Road, Barking was handed a three-out-of-five rating after assessment on March 31.

And Crowlands Cafe, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Crowlands Golf Course, Wood Lane, Dagenham was given a score of one on March 31.
