New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Barking and Dagenham’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Hungry Panda, at 147 Broad Street, Dagenham was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on November 24.

And Immz's Pizza and Kebab, at 14 Porters Avenue, Dagenham was given a score of one on November 24.

It means that of Barking and Dagenham's 217 takeaways with ratings, 100 (46%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
