Sweet Affairs Alperton, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 276 Ealing Road, Wembley was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on May 30.

And Bagel with Shake/Tazah Simply Fresh/Wraps & Rolls/Burgerzzz, a takeaway at 183 Church Road, London was also given a score of four on May 30.
