Supreme Fried Chicken, a takeaway at 292 Gray'S Inn Road, London was given the score after assessment on July 19, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Camden's 681 takeaways with ratings, 366 (54%) have ratings of five and just four have zero ratings.
