Slug and Lettuce, a pub, bar or nightclub at St Clare House, 30-33 Minories, London was given the score after assessment on March 31, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of City of London's 217 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 174 (80%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
