CoCo Curry House Ichibanya, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 17-19 Great Newport Street, London was given the score after assessment on July 29, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Westminster's 2,551 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 1,612 (63%) have ratings of five and just 11 have zero ratings.
