The Old Wheatsheaf, a pub, bar or nightclub at 3 Windmill Hill, Enfield was handed a two-out-of-five rating after assessment on November 14.

And Leo's Caffe Bar 2, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 63 Chase Side, London was given a score of one on November 14.
