Good news as food hygiene ratings given to eight Hammersmith and Fulham establishments

A Food Standards Agency rating sticker on a window of a restaurant in central London. A huge variation in food hygiene standards remains across the UK, with one in five high or medium-risk food outlets failing to meet standards, according to a study.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to eight of Hammersmith and Fulham’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s good news for them all.

Restaurants, cafes and canteens

The following ratings have been given to seven restaurants, cafes or canteens:

• Rated 5: Armydan at 127 Hammersmith Road, London; rated on February 19

• Rated 5: BaxterStorey - WeWork 184 Shepherds Bush Road at 184 Shepherd'S Bush Road, London; rated on February 19

• Rated 5: Bill's Restaurants at Unit 2, 10 Hammersmith Grove, London; rated on February 15

• Rated 5: Popes Eye Steak House at 108 Blythe Road, London; rated on February 15

• Rated 5: The Gate Vegetarian Restaurant at Temple Lodge, 51 Queen Caroline Street, London; rated on February 15

• Rated 5: Kricket TVC at Unit 2, 2 Television Centre, 101 Wood Lane, London; rated on February 8

• Rated 5: Nandos at Unit 3101-3104, Westfield London Shopping Centre, Ariel Way, London; rated on February 7
