New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Havering’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Havering’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Romford Fish Bar, at 132 North Street, Romford was handed a three-out-of-five rating after assessment on June 29.

And Imperial Chef, at 128 North Street, Romford was given a score of one on June 29.

It means that of Havering's 177 takeaways with ratings, 77 (44%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
