Le Mercury, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 140a Upper Street, Islington, London was given the score after assessment on October 27, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Islington's 961 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 428 (45%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
