Green Jade Chinese Restaurant & Take, a takeaway at 219 Holloway Road, Islington, London was given the score after assessment on June 29, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Islington's 231 takeaways with ratings, 92 (40%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
