Imm Thai Café, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Ground Floor, 308 Latimer Road, London was given the score after assessment on December 5, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Kensington and Chelsea's 877 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 750 (86%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
