Holland Park Cafeteria, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Holland Park, London was given the score after assessment on October 28, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Kensington and Chelsea's 858 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 738 (86%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
