Lebanese Valley, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 60 Fife Road, Kingston Upon Thames was handed a zero-out-of-five rating after assessment on March 30.

And Wok 'N' Fish, a takeaway at 74 Elm Road, New Malden was given a score of four on March 30.
