Al Qasr Restaurant, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 308 Ley Street, Ilford was given the score after assessment on July 29, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Redbridge's 368 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 223 (61%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
