• Rated 3: Black Salt Sheen at 505-507 Upper Richmond Road West, East Sheen, London; rated on July 14

• Rated 3: KOKORO at 32 The Quadrant, Richmond; rated on July 14

It means that of Richmond's 493 similar establishments with ratings, 345 (70%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
