Parkside cafe, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 12, Forest Hill Road, London was given the score after assessment on March 21, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Southwark's 970 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 664 (68%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
