London Overground: ‘Police incident’ outside Kensington Olympia suspends train services

A “police incident” outside Kensington Olympia has caused London Overground services between Willesden Junction and Clapham Junction to be suspended.

Southern services between Clapham Junction and Shepherd's Bush have also been impacted.

National Rail says disruption is expected till 12pm as emergency services deal with the incident.

A National Rail spokesperson said: “The emergency services are dealing with an incident between Shepherds Bush and Clapham Junction, to allow teams to carry out their work all lines are blocked. Trains running between Watford Junction / Willesden Junction and Clapham Junction will be cancelled or revised.

“This will also affect Southern services between Watford Junction and East Croydon, with trains being cancelled or terminated short.”

Meanwhile the District line is suspended between Ealing Common and Ealing Broadway due to a signal failure.
