Londoners travelling into the capital this weekend could be faced with disruption due to closures on Tube and rail services.
Transport for London (TfL) has asked Londoners to check before they travel.

Here is the full list of planned TfL service changes this weekend, May 24 to 26.

London Underground
District line
Saturday May 25 to 27
No service between Earl's Court and Richmond/Ealing Broadway

Hide AdDuring the closure, use alternative Tube, London Overground (except on Sunday) or local bus services. Rail replacement buses will run between Acton Town and Earl's Court/Hammersmith throughout the closure, and between Turnham Green and Richmond on Sunday only.
On Friday, the last train to Richmond will not run. On Tuesday, the first train from Richmond will not run.
This is due to track and maintenance work on the Piccadilly line.
Piccadilly line
Saturday 25 until Monday May 27
No service between King's Cross St. Pancras and Acton Town
Use alternative Tube services or local bus routes. Customers for Heathrow should use the Elizabeth line. Rail replacement buses will run between Earl's Court and Acton Town, including during Night Tube services. This is due to track and maintenance work to improve the reliability of the Piccadilly line.

On Bank Holiday Monday, a Saturday service will operate on some branches of the London Overground. The following closures are due to Network Rail track and maintenance works.
Sunday May 26
No service between Sydenham and West Croydon
West Croydon services will divert to Crystal Palace all day. Use alternative local bus routes.
Tickets will be accepted on Southern Railway services between Crystal Palace and East Croydon via Norwood Junction. Southern Railway rail replacement buses will run between East and West Croydon, and onwards to Sutton and Epsom Downs.
No service between Gospel Oak and Richmond/Shepherd's Bush
Use local bus routes. Rail replacement buses will run between Richmond and Willesden Junction, and between Willesden Junction and Camden Road via Gospel Oak.
Sunday 26 and Monday May 27

Use alternative Tube services or local bus routes. Rail replacement buses will run between Seven Sisters and Enfield Town/Cheshunt. Chingford services will not call at Bethnal Green. Use the Central line station nearby.
Monday 27 until Thursday May 30
No service between New Cross Gate and Crystal Palace/West Croydon after 11pm each night
Use local bus routes. For East Croydon, a Southern Railway rail replacement bus will depart London Bridge station at 0.35am, while another will depart Crystal Palace for London Bridge at 11.59pm each night.

Tuesday May 28
No service between Hackney Downs and Enfield Town/Cheshunt
Use alternative Tube services or local bus routes. Rail replacement buses will run between Seven Sisters and Enfield Town/Cheshunt.
A revised service will run between Liverpool Street and Chingford. Some trains will call additionally at Cambridge Heath and London Fields and some will depart slightly earlier than usual.
Wednesday 29 and Thursday May 30
No eastbound service between Willesden Junction and Stratford after 11pm
Use alternative Tube services or local bus routes.

Monday May 27
Saturday service will run on the entire line

This is due to Network Rail Thames Valley improvement works.
DLR
Wednesday May 29 until Sunday June 2
DLR services will close one hour earlier than usual each evening
All DLR services will stop running at 11.30pm from Wednesday to Saturday, and will stop running at 10.30pm on Sunday. TfL says customers should complete their journeys on the DLR by these times. Use local bus routes afterwards.

O2 Arena
From 6pm until 10.30pm, the O2 Arena will be hosting the Premier League Darts competition. Large crowds and increased traffic levels are expected.
Friday May 24
Tottenham Hotspur Stadium
From 5pm until 11pm, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium will host the Rugby Challenge Cup Final, with kick off at 8pm. Large crowds and increased traffic levels are expected before and after the match.
Friday 24 and Saturday 25 May
O2 Arena
From 6.30pm until 10.30pm each night, the O2 Arena will be hosting Romesh Ranganathan. Large crowds and increased traffic levels are expected before and after the event.
Friday 24 until Sunday May 26
Trafalgar Square

Saturday May 25
Central London
From 11am until 6pm, a march will take place from Mornington Crescent to Barclays Bank in Regent Street. Large crowds are expected. Delays are expected.
From 3pm until 3am the following morning, an event will take place at The Troxy on Commercial Road. Large crowds are expected.
Tottenham Hotspur Stadium
From 12pm until 7pm, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium will host the Champions Cup Final rugby match, with kick off at 2.45pm. Large crowds and increased traffic levels are expected before and after the match.
Wembley Stadium

Clapham Common
From 11am until 9pm, the Race for Life 10k Run charity race will take place within Clapham Common. Large crowds are expected.
Sunday May 26
O2 Arena
From 6pm until 11.30pm, the O2 Arena will host Shxtngigs in concert. Large crowds and increased traffic levels are expected before and after the event.
Wembley Stadium

Friday 24 until Sunday May 26
Ford RideLondon 2024
The annual cycling event is back in London and Essex on Sunday May 26. There are also cycling events in Essex on Friday 24 and Saturday May 25.
On Sunday May 26, there will be extensive road closures in central London, east London and Essex, including some river crossings, between 0.01am and approximately 9pm. Tube and rail will be the best way to get around on Sunday.
Monday May 27 until September 2024
Farringdon Street
Farringdon Street will close due to major gas main replacement works.

Farringdon Street will be closed northbound between Ludgate Circus and Charterhouse Street. Traffic will be diverted via Fleet Street, Fetter Lane, New Fetter Lane, Holborn Circus and Charterhouse Street.
HS2 A40 works
From 10pm on Monday May 27 until late October, the A40 Western Avenue will be reduced to two lanes in each direction between Hanger Lane and Alperton Lane. Additional overnight lane restrictions and some directional closures will also be needed.
Plan ahead, use alternative routes and check before you travel. This is while HS2 continues work to build a new High Speed rail line between London and Birmingham.
Wednesday May 29 until Sunday June 2
UEFA Champions League Final

Hide AdOn Saturday June 1, Wembley Stadium will be hosting the UEFA Champions League final. Large crowds and increased traffic levels are expected around the stadium throughout the day.
The UEFA Champions Festival will take place in Trafalgar Square, Somerset House and Potters Field Park from Thursday May 30 until Sunday June 2.
It will also take place on Regent Street on Thursday 30 and Friday May 31, and the South Bank on Saturday 1 and Sunday June 2.
From Wednesday May 29 until Sunday June 2, some roads will be closed and there will be changes to how some bus routes and cycleways operate in central London. For the latest information on how buses are running, visit TfL’s website.
