Winger’s future remains uncertain

Reiss Nelson continues to face an uncertain future at Arsenal with his contract up at the end of the season. He is currently due to become a free agent in late June and will become available as things stand with him yet to put pen-to-paper on an extension.

According to Italian news outlet TuttoMercatoWeb, Serie A pair Atalanta and Roma are interested in snapping him up for nothing, as are Ligue 1 outfit Rennes. The 23-year-old has a big decision to make over the next few months as to what direction he wants his career to take now.

Striker targeted

Arsenal striker Folarin Balogun is reportedly wanted by a whole host of teams at the moment after his impressive loan spell with Reims. According to Football Insider, Everton are now showing ‘interest’ in the attacker despite their status in the top flight under threat right now.

Sean Dyche could see him as someone to bolster his attacking department if the former Burnley boss manages to keep the Toffees up. Prior to his temporary switch over to France, Balogun had a stint at Middlesbrough to gain experience.
