Latest news on the transfer front regarding Fulham

Fulham are keen to keep hold of Tosin Adarabioyo in this transfer window. The defender is reportedly attracting plenty of interest from elsewhere.

As per Sky Sports (live transfer blog, 25.01.23, 08:45), the Cottagers have ‘no intention’ on cashing in on him before the end of January with the deadline next Tuesday. The same source claims four other Premier League clubs are keen along with some unnamed European teams.

However, Fulham want him to stay and plan on extending his contract. He has made 14 appearances in all competitions so far this season, 12 of which have been starts, and is still very much in Marco Silva’s plans.

Tim Ream and Issa Diop has been the centre-back pairing over recent times as the Whites continue to impress in the league but Adarabioyo provides strong competition for that department. He has been on the books at Craven Cottage since 2020 after joining from Manchester City and played a key role in the promotion from the Championship in the last campaign.

In other news, Sheffield Wednesday plan to hold ‘crunch talks’ with ex-Fulham defender Michael Hector over a potential deal, as per Yorkshire Live. He has been on trial with the Owls recently and has been a free agent for over six months now.
