Kaleidoscope Festival is returning to Alexandra Palace this summer with a packed programme featuring a mix of live music, DJs and comedy.

After being cancelled last year due to weather conditions, the festival will return on Saturday July 13.

Music lineup

Ministry of Sound Classical will headline the Hilltop Stage this year. The 30-piece London Concert Orchestra will re-imagines dance hits including The Chemical Brothers’ Hey Boy Hey Girl, Faithless’ Insomnia and Fatboy Slim’s Right Here, Right Now.

The orchestra will also be accompanied by a dazzling laser show to create a “euphoric climax to the day.”

Double Grammy Award-winning and five-time Brit award-nominated legends Soul II Soul will also bring an iconic set, while Huey Morgan from the Fun Lovin Criminals will also appear with a live band.

Other musical talent featured includes Mr Scruff, Erol Alkan and the Artful Dodger.

Comedy lineup

For comedy fans, the Fringe Stage will be headlined by Simon Amstell. Other acts include Brian Blessed, Sophie Duker, Amir Shah and Chloe Petts.

Other performances will include the world’s most blasphemous band Oh My God! It's The Church and musical band and crowd participation favourite Hip Hop Karaoke.

There will also be a dedicated Family Area featuring pop-up arts, circus and theatre.
