Who is new Love Island player Charlie Radnedge, does he fancy Ekin Su, what’s his link with Made in Chelsea?

Love Island fans were treated to a double addition to the Love Island villa with a new girl and new boy added to stir some drama up.

On Tuesday night’s episode, fans were aware that a new girl would be entering, but were completely unaware of another entry, a new islander.

After new girl Antigoni Buxton entered the villa, Wednesday night’s episode centred around her feeling out the boys, and going on three dates with Dami Home, Jay Gardner and Davide Saclimenti.

Avid watchers of the show then saw the girls receive a text, asking them to welcome a new boy, which prompted excitement amongst them.

The new man is from London, and is sure to add some fresh drama into what fans are dubbing the most dramatic season at this stage yet.

His airtime in the most recent show that aired on Wednesday night wasn’t very long, and showcased the new man just getting to know the girls and introducing himself, and we haven’t yet seen him sit with the boys.

Who is the new islander?

The new islander is Charlie Radnedge, who is a 28-year-old from London.

He works as a real estate developer and believes he may be more of a catch than some of the boys currently in the villa due to his age, and him being more mature than other islanders.

He said: “I am probably slightly more mature than some other people in the Villa. I’ve got some things figured out. I think I’m ready to settle down, basically.”

What is his Made in Chelsea connection?

The new boy should have no problem acclimating to life surrounded by reality TV stars, as he is friends with Made in Chelsea stars.

His friends include Emily Blackwell, who commented on his Instagram post with ‘YES!’ as he announced his arrival.

Miles Nazaire, another Made in Chelsea star also commented, with a host of emojis, delighted at the news.

What is his Instagram profile?

Despite his Instagram stretching back to 2014, he only currently has 40 posts and has just under 10,000 followers, a number that is likely to soar during his stint in Spain.

It shows that he has a great social life, and has visited some of the nicest places in the world, such as Geneva and more.

Who will he couple up with?

For now his potential love interests include Ekin-Su, Paige and Tasha.

Prior to entering the villa, on who he is interested in, he said: “Ekin-Su, Paige and Tasha. But I’m keeping an open mind until I meet them. I might get on with someone I didn’t fancy before.

“I’m very much on the personality side of things and whether you vibe with someone. Ekin-Su is more towards my classic type. Paige seems like a very, very nice girl. Tasha seems like good fun as well. I find her quite intriguing - I want to find out more about her.”

It may be hard to prise Paige and Tasha away from their partners, Jacques and Andrew as they seem really solid, however a teaser for tonight’s episode showed a big argument between Ekin-Su and Jay, with Jay also having visible doubts over his relationship with the Turkish actress in the most recent episode.

The new boy’s age will also work in his favour with Ekin, as she has always been drawn to older guys.
