Chandos Cafe, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 120 East End Road London was given the score after assessment on August 10, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Barnet's 537 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 239 (45%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
