THE BASEMENT CLUB, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 93-95 Ealing Road, Wembley was handed a zero-out-of-five rating after assessment on April 27.

And La Perle, a takeaway at 8 Park Parade, London was given a score of four on April 27.
