Little Beirut, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 65 Minerva Road, Park Royal, London was given the score after assessment on July 29, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Ealing's 720 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 294 (41%) have ratings of five and just 13 have zero ratings.
