Aysu Restaurant, a takeaway at 229-231 Charlton Road, Harrow, Harrow was given the score after assessment on August 10, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Harrow's 187 takeaways with ratings, 86 (46%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
