Chicken Kingdom, a takeaway at 178 Rush Green Road, Romford was given the score after assessment on October 5, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Havering's 176 takeaways with ratings, 80 (45%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
