A Havering takeaway has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Village Kebab House, a takeaway at 10 Upminster Road South, Rainham was given the score after assessment on January 12, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Havering's 198 takeaways with ratings, 88 (44%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
