Ahaa Dosa, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 68 Staines Road, Hounslow was given the score after assessment on July 31, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Hounslow's 471 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 288 (61%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
