Road closures: two for Hounslow drivers this week

Drivers in and around Hounslow will have two National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.

And they are both are expected to cause moderate delays – with motorists facing holdups of between 10 minutes and half an hour.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that two closures are due to start this week:

• M4, from 10pm February 13 to 5am February 14, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M4 westbound, junction 1 to junction 2, carriageway closure for CAT1 barrier repair, diversion via TFL roads.

• A312, from 10pm February 27 to 6am March 4, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M4 eastbound, junction 3 to junction 1, carriageway closure and entry slip road closure for surfacing works, diversion via TFL roads.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
