An Islington restaurant has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Workers Cafe, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Basement And Ground Floors, 172 Upper Street, Islington was given the score after assessment on May 11, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Islington's 965 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 453 (47%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
