Kappa Japanese Restaurant, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Basement And Ground Floor, 139 Earl'S Court Road, London was handed a three-out-of-five rating after assessment on November 4.

And Happy Donuts, a takeaway at 254 Portobello Road, London was given a score of four on November 4.
