Quinex Kitchen, a takeaway at 12 Acre Lane, London was given the score after assessment on January 20, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Lambeth's 404 takeaways with ratings, 166 (41%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
