Pawelek Coffee Shop and Ice Cream T/A Restaurant, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 242-244 London Road, Mitcham was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on December 14.

And Xu Sheng, a takeaway at 76 Monarch Parade, London Road, Mitcham was also given a score of four on December 14.
