Boulevard restaurant, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 224, Old Kent Road, London was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on April 26.
And Meeting house fish & grill, a takeaway at 82, Meeting House Lane, London was also given a score of four on May 17.
