Tops Pizza, at 3 West India Dock Road, London was handed a five-out-of-five rating after assessment on May 5.

And Uoichi, at Unit 6, 122 Meridian Place, London was given a score of four on June 17.

It means that of Tower Hamlets's 380 takeaways with ratings, 233 (61%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
