Mo's Shack, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 130 Bethnal Green Road, London was given the score after assessment on February 20, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Tower Hamlets's 1,028 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 728 (71%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
