New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Waltham Forest’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Royal Ribs, at 14 Hatch Lane, Chingford was handed a one-out-of-five rating after assessment on April 12.

And KRFC, at 65 St James Street, Walthamstow was given a score of zero on April 11.

It means that of Waltham Forest's 242 takeaways with ratings, 83 (34%) have ratings of five and 17 (7%) have zero ratings.
