Lotus Bloom Cafe, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 47 Shernhall Street, Walthamstow was given the score after assessment on July 30, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Waltham Forest's 533 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 237 (44%) have ratings of five and 22 have zero ratings.
