A Waltham Forest restaurant has been handed a new one-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Woodies Spice/Woodies Grill/The Sultan/Curry On, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 239 Wood Street, Walthamstow was given the score after assessment on June 15, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Waltham Forest's 541 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 252 (47%) have ratings of five and 23 have zero ratings.
