New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Wandsworth’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s good news for them both.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Wandsworth’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s good news for them both.

Sushi Daily (Waitrose), at Waitrose, 1 New Union Square, London was handed a five-out-of-five rating after assessment on January 24.

And Pappa Ciccia Putney, at 96 Lower Richmond Road, London was also given a score of five on January 23.

It means that of Wandsworth's 220 takeaways with ratings, 153 (70%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
