Tottenham, Chelsea and Newcastle are front runners for the Fulham star who is leaving this summer.

Newcastle have jumped ahead of Chelsea and Tottenham in the race to sign Tosin Adarabioyo this summer according to a report on talkSPORT. The Fulham defender has been a long-term target for Spurs but it is Eddie Howe’s side who are now favourites to sign him this summer.

Spurs boss Ange Postecoglou has hinted he would like to bolster his defence ahead of playing in the Europa League and Football.London reported that the England defender who has over 100 Premier League games since he joined Fulham in 2020 wanted to play under the Australian manager.

Since joining Fulham, the 26-year-old has been brilliant with the club willing to extend his stay while he insists he wants a new challenge.

One of the reasons Tosin is such an attractive player also is that he is a free agent which is a free hit for clubs especially those keeping an eye on the red tape of Premier League sustainability rules.

He is a free agent and his wages are decent which is like a jackpot for young players with more than 100 league games already under his belt.

LondonWorld has been told Newcastle have met with the player and his representative this week and wants things to move quickly and get it all done.

Tosin made 25 appearances in all competitions despite having missed the start of the campaign after groin surgery. He came through the academy at Manchester City and went out on loan to West Brom before being sold to Fulham where he’s excelled remarkably since.

Tottenham already made first signing of the summer

Spurs have already made their move in this summer by extending the loan deal for forward Timo Werner.

They are reported to be in the market for another forward, a midfielder and depending on who lives might bring another winger to strengthen the team ahead of their Europa League campaign.
