For any Londoners wondering how to spend the May Day bank holiday in the city this weekend, we’ve found a few events to liven up your three-day holiday.

May is almost upon us which means its two long weekends are also approaching, the first of which will be this week from May 4 to May 6.

While there are plenty of places around the city to head to, including attractions and experiences, as well as food markets and restaurants, there are also a few day festivals taking place.

Below are just some of the events happening around London this bank holiday weekend.

The Beatles 1Day XI festival, Walthamstow 

A one-day festival celebrating the legendary group will be available for Beatles fans to head to this Sunday. The live music event which will invite fans in for a singalong or a boogie as  some of the band’s timeless tunes are performed.
